• Assessment responses: Your answers to our 25-question AI readiness evaluation across 5 dimensions
• Cohort codes: If provided by your organization for group access
• Payment information: Processed securely through third-party payment providers (we do not store card details)

• Generate your personalized AI readiness report with tailored recommendations
• Provide benchmarking against industry peers and similar organizations
• Improve our assessment methodology based on aggregate insights

4. AI-Generated Content

AI Compass generates certain content using artificial intelligence (AI), including:

• Intelligence insights based on your inputs and industry data
• Personalized recommendations for AI adoption
• Comparative benchmarks and analysis

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. We recommend validating critical business decisions with additional sources. AI content is generated based on publicly available information and may not reflect your specific circumstances.

5. Data Storage & Security

Storage: Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use PostgreSQL databases hosted by Neon Technologies with SSL encryption in transit and at rest.

Retention: Your assessment responses are stored indefinitely unless you request deletion. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your data in the following circumstances:
