Payment Terms: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the payment processor.
Refunds: If you encounter issues with your assessment or report, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud or abuse.
